Karlo Nograles tied in Popularity

In the opinions University of Mindanao trust rating survey,Rep.Karlo Alexie B. Nograles was found to be as popular as the Duterte with the popularity rating of 94.4.This means that the three equally known by the Dabawenyos.However, Karlo was not as trusted as the two though he garnered a fairly high trust rating of 91.3 percent.

The activity,First salvo of the newly established IPO (Institute of Popularity Opinion) was titled  Popularity  trust ratings of officials and Peoples Awareness on the Government Projects.

Dr.Maria linda Arquiza, IPO director said the survey was conducted last February   4-13 among more than a thousand respondents aged 18 years and above.The Survey has also been conducted in the Second and Third Districts but the result will be announced in two weeks.
