Davao City Mayor Sara Z Duterte Carpio and her father,Vice
Mayor Duterte are the most trusted city officials,with a net trust ratting of
98.8 percent each.Daughter and father also tied in the popularity @ 99.4
percent.The popularity and trust survey was conducted by the Institute of
Popular Opinion (IPO) recently established by the University Of Mindanao under
each Research and Publication Center.
